How lucky am I to have photographed the beautiful wedding of Stacey and Laurence. The day started with an intimate ceremony at Lichfield Registry Office followed by portraits at the Cathedral.

When a bride tells you she’s wearing a sequin dress and getting married at 99 Mary Street, it’s hard not to get excited. Emily & Steve chose this amazing urban venue for their relaxed and intimate wedding.

Usually, I find myself out in the countryside for engagements shoots, exploring the beautiful Peak District. However, sometimes it’s nice to try something different. That’s exactly what Amy & Sam suggested when they asked me to do their engagement shoot in Kelham Island, Sheffield.

I’ve been wanting to visit Yorkshire Sculpture Park for ages. Well, we finally made it happen and it was even better than I imagined.

NOPE! I cannot believe I just wrote that as a blog title. Respectfully, WTF!? As you can imagine as a relative newcomer to the industry, your girl is absolutely over-joyed right now.

The sunflower field was about to bid adieu for the summer, but I met with Alice and Tom for their pre-wedding session to revel in the beauty at Barlow Sunflowers, Derbyshire.

For Jamie & Seb’s engagement session we headed to one of my favourite spots, Black Rocks. An amazing woodland trail with the most breathtaking views of the Derwent Valley.

A sky so blue it’s practically a painting, bunting swaying in the breeze, and a ceremony that gives you goosebumps. That was the dreamy day I had the pleasure of photographing for Hannah and Gareth’s wedding at Foremark Cottages.
