Fun & Colourful Engagement Shoot in Leeds

It’s always exciting to try something different for an engagement shoot. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Paul and Jane, a couple who love visiting Leeds for gigs, drinks, and food. We decided to explore the city together and capture some fun and colorful moments.

You & Me – Leeds Engagement Shoot

Anthony Burrill, Calls Landing, Leeds

One of the must-visit spots in Leeds City Centre is the Anthony Burill YOU & ME wall mural. It’s located near Calls Landing, overlooking the river. We started there and got some epic shots with the mural in the background. Then we walked over the bridge to get some close-up shots of it.

Another great location is just outside the cute art shop called Fred Aldous. There, you’ll find some vibrant and colorful walls perfect for capturing relaxed portraits.

While you’re there, why not visit Fred Aldous and try out their retro Photo Booth? Not only will you get some cool photos, but you’ll also have a keepsake from the day. They even sell frames that are the perfect size for the prints. Paul and Jane loved this idea and now have their framed print hanging in their house, alongside other photos from their engagement shoot.

Leeds City Centre is filled with so many cool shop fronts and bars. Just walking around, talking, and occasionally stopping for a photo creates a laid-back atmosphere.

To wrap up the session, we headed to Belgrave Music Hall, a place where Paul and Jane had one of their first dates. With drinks in hand, we went up to the rooftop terrace and had a lovely chat about life and their plans for the day. It was a special moment that allowed us to get to know each other even better.

I seriously can’t wait for their big day at Lineham Farm. It’s going to be absolutely amazing!
