L.O.V.E: Holly & James’ Yorkshire Sculpture Park Engagement Session

Are you ready for a good scroll for Holly & James’ engagement shoot at Yorkshire Sculpture Park? Let me start by saying that the weather was absolutely perfect for a January day. We were so lucky to have this gorgeous winter sun shining down on us.

I’ve been wanting to visit Yorkshire Sculpture Park for ages. Well, we finally made it happen and it was even better than I imagined. The park is filled with incredible sculptures that make for the most unique and stunning backdrops. It was such a treat to be able to wander around and chat with Holly & James while surrounded by all this art and some of the sculptures sure did make a good talking point.

And speaking of Holly & James, they are just the coolest couple ever. They’re so laid-back and fun to be around. We had such a laugh during our session, and it really helped us to get to know each other even more. They’re the kind of couple that you feel instantly comfortable with, like you’ve known them forever.

I have to mention that I’m beyond excited for their wedding day at The Chimney House and The Mowbray in Sheffield. These venues are seriously awesome and I know their wedding is going to be incredible. I can’t wait to capture all the love and joy on their special day.

Why Have an Engagement Shoot?

You know, offering engagement sessions as part of my full day packages was definitely a great decision. It’s such a fantastic way to catch up with my couples, get to know them better, and build excitement for their big day. Plus, it allows us to have some relaxed and fun moments together, just like Holly & James had at Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

So there you have it, my friend. I had the most amazing time photographing Holly & James at Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
