I absolutely love getting to know them during their complimentary engagement sessions – it’s a great way to break the ice before the big day.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Emma & Cai at the stunning Lathkill Dale, one of Emma’s favorite spots in Derbyshire. It’s just a short distance from where they will be saying “I do” in Bakewell, and let me tell you, their wedding is going to be absolutely magical. I’ve seen the the Pinterest board folks, and oh my! The rainbow styling and laid-back vibes, is right up my street.

Relaxed Derbyshire Engagement Shoots

Lathkill Dale was the perfect location for an engagement session. We started with a leisurely stroll by the water chatting all things weddings and life. My style is quite relaxed and so we stopped at a few locations in between the chats to take some portraits. Over the bridge we headed up the hill through the trees, it felt so good to be out in the fresh air with spring just starting to do its thing.
